Research Abstract |
Using Roter Interaction Analysis System, we reached to these findings on nurse-patient relationship. (1) Nurses provided for patients the environment that they could easily talk and (2) tried to construct trustful relationships with patients. (3) But in nurse-cancer patient relationship it seems that nurses could respond to patients emotionally only when patients used 'emotional category', because nurses decided to utter more carefully at the start.
