| Research Abstract |
In the organization which is tackling synthetically about various community welfare activities, small community welfare activity, systematization and support of a party-concerned organization, comprehensive consultation activities, etc. were tackled positively, and it became clear to have the feature of directing power towards cooperation with a broad activity organization.
Moreover, it is effective under the broad cooperation with the organizations in connection with a community welfare in a broad sense to carry out activity deployment, clarifying not only residents' self-conclusion type practice method but the role of professionals.
In order to pull out civic autonomy, existence of the professionals which can perform exact evaluation about activity/activity person's change is indispensable, and the measure for heightening the local autonomy power in the area concerned for that purpose becomes important.
