Research Abstract |
Energy-efficient communication technologies in wireless sensor networks have been developed, which aim at application to a smart agriculture. The feature of our schemes is based on the correlation characteristics of observed data such as soil moisture, temperature and humidity. The developed energy-saving technologies are as follows ; an intermittent transmission scheduling in intra-cluster, a prediction sensing and an adaptive sleep control.
