Research Abstract |
There are huge numbers of commensal bacteria in the large intestine. In this study, we have found the immunoregulatory mechanism of anti-infectious responses(e. g. IgA production and germinal center formation) and the hyporesponsiveness of mucosal immunocytes to commensal bacteria in the large intestine.
