| Research Abstract |
Our investigation for new anticancer drug leads from the dinoflagellate Amphidinium sp., we have resulted in the isolation of several cytotoxic polyketide, amphirionins-2 and-3 and caribenolide-I from a marine dinoflagellate Amphidinium sp. Their structure elucidation were carried out using detailed analyses of spectroscopic data such as 2D NMR spectra and MS data.
