Research Abstract

In this study, polyamines that remain to be resolved for detailed roles, was focused to investigate novel cellular functions. The results illustrated that the transfer of polyamines to acyl group occurred during the acyl transfer reaction between cellular phospholipids. Additionally, polyamine-conjugated compounds were found to affect intestinal absorption of water-soluble big molecules.
