Research Abstract |
βKlotho was focused on, due to the importance to FGF21 function According to the analysis of the HEK293 cell expressingβKlotho stably 1)βKlotho shifts the molecule size and amount along with the glucose concentration. 2) High glucose treatment leadsβKlotho molecule size shift and amount in 30 min. According to differentiated caco2 cell, which induce endogenousβKlotho expression 1) High glucose condition selectively enhances FGF21 signaling 2)βKlotho distributes mainly in cytosol as a vesicular like pattern.
