In order to establish more desirable way in palliative medicine which supports with serious patients or terminal patients a system has been researched and developed. Medical course teachers, students, nursing course students and religionist study together in the space for medical ethics class. The system has been successfully put into practice in the curriculum of Shiga University of Medical Science
