Research Abstract

We performed a Single Nucleotide Polymorphism-based association study in 41 closed-angle glaucoma cases and 100 healthy controls. Although 16 genes were investigated to see whether these genes are responsible for this disease or not, we were unable to detect any novel variants for closed-angle glaucoma risk in these genes.
