Research Abstract |
We conformed that CD133-/CD44-positive cells were migrated into the gastric cancer tissues. In addition, we found that CD133-/CD44-positive cells infiltrated in the ascites of the patients with advanced gastric cancer tissues. MCP-1 significantly inhibited the migration of these cells using migration assay.
