Keywords | Oxidative stress / Toll-like receptor / Angiotensin II / Superoxide dismutase |
Research Abstract |
Angiotensin II(AngII) increased oxidative stress and induced vascular remodeling through AngII type 1 receptor via TLR4, whereas TLR4 directly inhibited ecSOD to promote the production of oxidative stress and vascular remodeling. PPARγwas not involved in these processes.
