Research Abstract

We collected 420 DNA samples and clinical information from multiple institutes which has many rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients under treatment with tocilizumab. Now we are ready to start genome-wide association study on finding the polymorphisms which are related to the response to tocilizumab treatment.
