Research Abstract |
There has not been conclusion about Th2 induction after RSV infection both in clinical researches and basic researches. Five gene mutations with amino acids alteration are reported in F gene by comparison among Th2 derivation RSV strain(RSV-Line 19), RSV-A2 strain and RSV-Long strain. We analyzed an F gene about 49 RSV clinical isolates and analyzed a gene mutation reported previously. Gene mutation of previous report was found in five isolates, but mutation was 1 or two places.
