Research Abstract |
Our results in a series of normal volunteers showed that non-contrast-enhanced hepatic MR portal perfusion image could serve a noninvasive method of assessing hepatic portal perfusion. We have demonstrated in a series of patients with hepatic mass that non-contrast-enhanced hepatic MR portal perfusion image can provide good detection of hepatic mass. Non-contrast-enhanced hepatic MR portal perfusion image seems to be a reliable technique to evaluate hepatic mass.
