Research Abstract |
We tried to quantify the strength of rect piets' inmune responsesagai nst a respective donor in order to establish a safe protocol for withdrawal from inmunosuppressants after living donor liver transplantation. Reci pients' mixed 1ymphocyte reaction against a respective donor never wakened even long after liver transpl ant ation, which indicated that mixed 1ymphocyte reaction cannot be used as anindicator for recipients' imune reaction against donors. Oh the other hand, the more HLA misnatches between donors and recipients existed, the more graft wre lost. Recipients with high HLA misnatch should not reduce their dosages of imunosuppressants.
