| Research Abstract |
The CTP detection test can be used to make a definite, objective diagnosis of traumatic PLF, and therefore offers valuable information on patient selection for surgical treatment. We intend to make a novel test to detect CTP protein by ELISA as POCT(Point of Care Testing). We pretreated CTP with reducing agent DTT and Iodoacetamide(IAA).
