Research Abstract

We made dog stricture model of vestibulumoris and oral mucosal epithelial sheets using temperature-responsive culture dishes.
Autologous transplantation of these cell sheets was performed after vestibulumoris. The recovery of transplanted group is early compared with the control group, and the contracted scar of transplanted group is slightly smaller.
