モバイル歩行解析システムの構築および歩行に関する基準値と歩行障害の危険因子の解明

Research Abstract

無線式装着型姿勢センサーを用いてパソコン画面上でリアルタイムに歩行動作を表示・解析できるモバイル歩行解析システムを構築し、本システムを用いて大規模住民コホート調査を行い、歩行データに関する正常基準値を確立するとともに、歩行障害の危険因子を解明することを目的に研究を遂行している。当該年度においては、モバイル歩行解析システムの構築が研究の中心となった。具体的には、計測に使用する姿勢計測センサー(大腿部と下腿部に1つずつ装着)を同期後、各センサーの位置情報の差分から、歩行に関するパラメーターを抽出し水平面に対する姿勢角を出力することで精度の検証を行った。
また現在姿勢計測センサーから得られた情報処理するプログラムを開発中である。現段階(β版)ではVICONと同程度の精度であることが確認されているが、処理速度が不十分で測定に1例25分かかっており、システムの更なる改善を行っている。処理速度のボトルネックとして、対話式にすすめるGUIが未完成なこと、およびPC内にいったんキャッシュするリアルタイムデータを随時処理でなくテンポラリーデータとして保管していること、データブロックが大きいことが処珪速度低下の主な原因となっているため、この領域のプログラムを作成・改良し処理速度改善が進行中である。上述のセンサーと解析プログラムを統合した全体システムの各処理項目のチューニングによる改善を行うことで、最終的に1例5分で測定終了可能となる歩行解析システムを構築した。
