Research Abstract |
Several elemental technologies for next-generation molecular imaging methods were developed by integrating chemical principle-based functional probe design, protein engineering, and latest instrumental analyses. Specifically, three technologies, which are^19F MRI detection system to visualize living cellular gene expression, novel protein labeling technology, and time-resolved photoluminescence imaging technology for proteins, were developed.
