| Research Abstract |
We strongly noted metabolic syndrome having a high mortality in Japan. Then, in present study, we examined leptin and adiponectin which act in the brain and play an important role in feeding and homeostasis with using animal autonomic recording system. We newly showed that central mechanism of leptin or adiponectn in autonomic regulation, hoping it will be applied to new drag research.
