Research Abstract |
In this research, we developed a real-time data dependence analysis system that can help advanced parallel computing and parallelization of application programs by providing inherent parallelisms in a program for users. We implemented the analysis system on a dynamic binary translator, and evaluated the productivity and the accuracy using benchmark programs. From these results, we found that we can productively extract parallel regions from the obtained data dependencies and these regions can be utilized for parallelization in an effective manner.
