Research Abstract |
We studied several basic methods for three-dimensional autonomous navigation of spacecraft at variety of altitude and terrain in an unknown celestial body. We have proposed several novel exploration architectures such as pinpoint navigation by multiple markers or the validation tool of terrain models. Results of simulation assuming actual missions showed a new possibility for desired exploration
