Research Abstract

In the present study, we investigated the effect of transplantation of ischemia-induced neural stem cells through vascular niches. We found that endothelial cells support survival, proliferation and neuronal differentiation of transplanted ischemia-induced neural stem/progenitor cells after cerebral infarction.
