Research Abstract |
Results of this longitudinal study revealed that, in male workers, associations between testosterone deficiency and andropause symptoms may be intensified by high job demand. Changes in testosterone levels were negatively associated with changes in andropause symptoms. Testosterone levels, somatic symptoms, and agentic trait were shown to be predictive for taking sick leave.
