Research Abstract |
In this study, I focused on radiation-induced mammary carcinoma-related genes/microRNAs, and I analyzed whether these genes/microRNAs formed aberrant mammary ductal structure in three dimensional culture systems. The aberrant mammary ductal structure was not observed by introducing these microRNAs in MCF-10A cells, suggesting that these microRNAs have no function at least on the formation of mammary duct.
