| Research Abstract |
I verified what qualities and significances the concept of "agent" in Hume's philosophy has, analyzing it in terms of meta-ethics, moral psychology and jurisprudence. Especially, what this research features is to demonstrate how some qualities,"rationality","equality","responsibility", and "autonomy", can be realized in a situation of "convention", by focusing on his theory of justice.
