Research Abstract |
The T' ien-sheng Statutes(T' ien-sheng ling) newly discovered in China is used and the Taiho Statutes(Taiho-ryo) which is an organic act of Japan is restored. There were the following results. i, History arrangement of research for ten years was performed after T' ien-sheng Statutes discovery. ii, Article comparison of T' ien-sheng Statutes and Taiho Statutes is carried out, and the outline of the Taih. Statutes compilation plan was clarified. iii, Comparison of the Statutes in ancient Japan and T' ang China which use the T' ien-sheng Statutes, As the basic data for comparing, The comparison table of the T' ien-sheng Statutes and Yoro Statutes and The The text of lost Taiho Statutes was created.
