Research Abstract |
In this research, in order to explain a process of acceptance and diffusion of agriculture in the end of Jomon in northern Japan, it investigated using the use were and starch analysis. As a result, it succeeded in discovering starches in 15 archaeological sites. And we explained the changes of the use were. Moreover, from 150 fork materials, we observed of the use were and starch samples, and developed the starch reference collection for comparison with archaeological data.
