Research Abstract |
This research intends to clarify factors which make an impact on turnover rate of new employees within 3 years after joining the companies. Japanese enterprises and business persons were surveyed using a questionnaire concerning their personnel system and work environment. In conclusion, this research revealed the causal structure that explainsprolonged work triggers the turnover behavior of new employees.
