| Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to figure out the mechanism which makes the emergence of mutual cooperation possible in social dilemma. The results of a series of evolutionarily computer simulation showed that a particular type of "linkage strategy" can be adaptive and make mutual cooperation possible in social dilemma. Furthermore, the results suggested that a high level of mutual cooperation can be achieved only under "selective play" situation where theoretical biologists have not considered.
