Research Abstract |
Mothers of children with cancer experience significant psycho-social distress. The efficacy of problem-solving therapy(PST), a cognitive behavioral intervention, for those mothers was demonstrated. So we developed PST for Japanese mothers and examined the improvement in their psycho-social distress. Mothers reported high level of satisfaction with our program and decreased negative affectivity
