Research Abstract

本研究課題の目的は,「量子コヒーレンス」と「量子観測」をキーワードに,それらが密接に関わり合う興味深い現象を追究して量子論の奥深い世界に迫るとともに,量子物性物理学に新たな視点を提供し,量子情報技術に貢献することにある.平成21年度は,以下の成果を得た.
1.超伝導体から電界放出される電子ビームによる2粒子干渉実験を念頭に,超伝導体中のクーパー対の相関がいかにしたらとらえられるかを明らかにした.また,クーパー対の寄与はバンチング的な正の相関を示すことを明らかにした.
2.2つの独立な超伝導体から放出される電子の2粒子干渉を議論し,正の相関に生じる干渉縞の起源が通常の2粒子干渉(HBT効果)とは異なって,クーパー対の"1粒子干渉"に他ならないことを明らかにした.
3.「観測がコヒーレンスを引き出す」というアイデアを追究し,この見方でもやはりボース凝縮体の干渉現象に「ボース凝縮」が重要であることを明らかにした.
4.互いに相互作用しない2つの量子ビットに補助量子ビットを散乱させてエンタングルメントを生成する方法を検討した.その際,スピン自由度を伴う3次元デルタ関数型ポテンシャルの散乱問題を解析する繰り込み処方を構築した.
5.「観測による量子系制御」の一例として追究してきた「繰り返し観測による量子状態準備」の独自の手法の発展を図り,互いに相互作用しない2つの量子ビットに補助量子ビットを繰り返し共鳴散乱させてエンタングルメントを生成する方法を提案した.
6.確率的な状態生成である5.の方法を改良し,確率1で機能するスキームを構成した.
7.「繰り返し観測による量子状態準備」のメカニズム,及び,関連する「量子ゼノン効果」を,厳密に解けるモデルで近似に頼ることなく検討した.
8.プローブ粒子の散乱データを通じてターゲットスピンの量子状態を推定する方法を考察し,空間自由度の有用性を明らかにした.
