Research Abstract |
We solve the time-dependent Kohn-Sham equation with real-space and-time method to describe the electron dynamics under an intense short pulse lasers. We found our method can describe the high-harmonic generation, coherent phonon, and dynamic Franz-Keldysh effect qualitatively. We also developed new multi-scale simulation method to study the laser field affected by the non-linear electron dynamics.
