Research Abstract |
Several novel perovskite oxides were successfully obtained by using high-pressure synthesis method. In particular, more than 10 novel compounds in A-site-ordered perovksites AA'_3B_4O_<12> were obtained. Among them, the iron-based perovskite SrCu_3Fe_4O<12> demonstrated negative thermal expansion.
