Research Abstract |
We have isolated one of the monomeric subunits as well as the hexameric assembly of swimming crab Portunus trituberculatus and attempted to convert them to monooxygenase by applying the above-mentioned sysetm. We also tried to develop a metallo-β-lactamase to construct a new artificial dinuclear metalloenzymes as a metal-binding platform.
