Research Abstract

To perform comparative analysis of phosphoproteomes, reciprocal 15N-labeling method has been established. By employing the method, phosphoproteome dynamics upon microbe-associated molecular pattern treatments have been analyzed in Arabidopsis cells. As a result, 682 protein factors, whose phosphorylation status altered upon the stimuli, were identified. Furthermore, novel three plant immune signaling regulators were identified by analyzing knockout mutant plants.
