Research Abstract |
We found that the absent of uPAR attenuated LPS-induced osteoclast differentiation and bone destruction. In addition, we found that uPAR regulated LPS-induced osteoclast differentiation through NF-kB pathway. Moreover, The inhibitor of integrin pathway attenuated uPAR-increased osteoclasts differentiation. These data suggest that uPAR plays a pivotal role on the LPS-induced osteoclasts differentiation.
