Research Abstract |
This study is that analysis of Erk in kidney. We obtained that Erk functioned renal regeneration after ischemia-refusion. The next study indicates that random oriented cell division is an initial event for renal tubule expansion and precedes cell proliferation in inv mutant kidneys. However, our results do not support the hypothesis that the canonical Wnt signaling pathway is involved in renal cyst development of inv mutant mice.
