Research Abstract |
Both microarray and quantitative RT-PCR analyses have shown that the innate immune system might be involved in the pathogenesis and pathophysiology of Kawasaki disease. NOD Ligands enhance ICAM-1 expression and cytokine production by human coronary artery endothelial cells in vitro.
