Research Abstract |
The underlying mechanism of local immunosuppression by ultraviolet ray irradiation has not been fully elucidated so far. In this study, we discovered that OX40 ligand and interleukin-10 producing Langerhans cells play a crucial role in inducing antigen-specific regulatory T cells.
