| Research Abstract |
Dementia with Lewy bodies is the second most common neurodegenerative dementing disorder after Alzheimer's disease. Cerebral amyloid deposition may contribute to the timing of the onset of dementia relative to that of parkinsonism in Lewy body dementia, suggesting that further clinicopathological investigation will be needed.
