| Research Abstract |
In this study, we found that the overexpression of SRIT1 counteracted against the IL-1β- induced expression of cartilage degrading enzymes, which presumably play important roles in cartilage degradation. Our study suggested that SIRT1 can play protective roles in chondrocytes.
