Research Abstract |
We took a polygenic approach to investigate the associations between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in miRNA synthesis genes and cancer progression in urinary tract and renal cell carcinoma. We identified several SNPs significantly associations with poor survival in RCC. This result suggests that these miRNA related gene SNPs may modify RCC progression.
