| Research Abstract |
Adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) is resistant to 5-FU treatment. We investigated whether reductive expression of the TS gene improves chemo-sensitivity for 5-FU,it as well as the in vivo effect of TS inhibition. Results showed that TS gene inhibition did not improve chemo-sensitivity while it was effective in in vivo experiments.
