Research Abstract |
I constructed pAAV-Glu6-ChR2 vector that induce ChR2 gene by the metabotropic glutamate receptor (mGlu6) promoter into the on-type bipolar cells. I established the protocol to purify AAV by HPLC. These results showed the same induction efficiency between injection routes and serotypes of AAV.
