Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to clarify regulatory mechanism of bone and cartilage metabolism by Gαs and Gαq signaling via PTH using TypeI collagen Cre ; Gαs-or Gαq-flox mice and TypeII collagen Cre ; Gαs-or Gαq-flox mice. In vitro, using constitutively active Gαs-or Gαq adenoviruses, we tried to clarify osteogenic and chondrogenic function via Gαs-or Gαq signaling.
