Research Abstract

We constructed the mathematical model of the tooth movement under the orthodontic force.
We combined this model with finite element analysis to construct the tooth movement simulation, and applied it to human lower second premolar.
As the result, simulation results suggest the ability of our method to simulate the orthodontic tooth movement.
