Research Abstract |
Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) derived from A. ggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans(A. a) suppressed osteoblast differentiation and LPS derived from A. a inhibits osteoblast differentiation through an intercellular network. LPS was a potential inhibitor. Alterations in intracellular Cx43 localization may be involved in intercellular network inhibition.
