Research Abstract |
Questionnaires- knowledge, self-efficacy , behaviors toward national health checkup- were sent to participants ranging in age from 40 to 64 who participated more than once from 2008 to 2012. The newly participants had less knowledge, low self-efficacy, and made less effort to maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors. The annually participants were better results than ones who did not participate annually . The results find that the newly participants have high needs to prevent lifestyle-disease. And the results suggest that participate in health checkup annually and maintain healthy lifestyle could prevent lifestyle-disease.
