Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、開発中の溶融池形成解析システムおよび最新の繰返し弾塑性理論を採用したFEM解析を連成させることにより、溶接・接合プロセス条件に依存する溶接熱影響部の材料特性、各種残留変形・応力を有する構造体の疲労性能を定量的に評価可能なシステムの確立を目指している。当該年度は、まず繰返し弾塑性応答の精緻化を目的とした弾塑性構成式の汎用性拡大を行った。特に高サイクル疲労性能に及ぼす材料因子の影響に関して実験的に明らかにするとともに、その変形挙動を予測可能な弾塑性モデルを完成させた。また、開発モデルを用いた具体的境界値問題の解析により、十字継手疲労試験結果に対する予測精度の高さを示した。以上により、疲労き裂発生に至るまでに応力状態に依存して生じる局所的な変形挙動を明らかにし、溶接熱影響部を含む構造体の疲労き裂発生寿命を定量的に評価可能なシステムのプロトタイプを完成させた。また、各種溶接継手の疲労性能を実験的に取得するとともに、その支配因子の明確化を進めた。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

各種継手に対する疲労性能試験を実施し、データベースを拡充するとともに、得られた疲労き裂発生寿命と疲労き裂伝播寿命の予測を行い、疲労性能予測システムの高度化を進める。また、DIC画像解析システムを用いて、疲労メカニズムの解明に資する基礎データを取得する。得られた知見をもとに、溶融池形成と疲労性能予測に関する開発システムの修正・機能向上を行う。
